I've lived at this property for over 3 yrs and haven't been happier. Found this place when prices were high for renters and love my apt model and property amenities. Anytime, I have an issue I reach out to one of the managers and it gets taken care off immediately. Rob Boyle has been especially great with any issues I've had. Great communication on all ends from the front office.

People please give the property a chance and experience for yourself! The office staff and maintenence staff are amazing! They are attentive to questions concerns and repairs! It is for surely some of the tenants/neighbors that are the problems. They break things leave rocks in entry doors to stay open(which is not safe) trash the building inside and out. Instead of throwing the trash in the bins they leave it on the ground. If there is any roaches it is because of the tenants and how they live, clean, and take care of their units. I promise I'm in no relation to either the maintenence staff or office staff!!!! It's a great complex to make home with beautiful views!

Is very interesting how properties are so different within the same block. I just moved into this complex and from the very first minute I entered the Lease Office, I immediately knew this was the right place. Vanessa and Leala were exceptionally greeting and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were very professional and so willing to give me a tour and gave all the detail of the place. During the waiting period to my move in day and now my first week, nothing has changed. I can see they both really enjoy what they are doing. I am extremely grateful and for all their help and assistance they have given me. I highly recommend this place, is welcoming, is clean, is alive and is just the place to be. I said so different properties withing the same block, because before I came the Skye, I stop at the complex next door, and I was first told by a gentleman that he is presently busy, and his colleague added that she was in a lunch break. I took a seat in the lobby and decided to wait for a few minutes. After a few minutes (maybe 10 min) she came and helped me and by the end our introduction and tour I am already asking myself why I would want to live there?

These apartments are one of the best maintained complexes in all of Tempe. The grounds are impeccably well kept and the front office staff is extremely helpful and personable. I always feel welcomed in the lounge and never like a bother to anyone. Anytime there’s an issue maintenance are quick to fix it to the best of their abilities. Doug has been a pleasure to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any plumbing concerns we have. My favorite part about living here is the on site dog washing spa and the yoga room! I highly recommend Skye to anyone who wants a change of pace from typical apartment living, you will not regret it.

Everything is great for the most part! The fees are excessive, even for your typical corporate apartment complex. The other places I was considering didn’t have them like this either. The only things that I feel need improved are cleanliness and a better package room (which makes paying the fluctuating CAM charges frustrating). The one hub isn’t big enough for the complex so packages get stolen often. But I love my apartment and the maintenance team is always OUTSTANDING! Do I wish they were reasonably pricing a one bedroom apartment? Yes. But that just comes with the territory these days unfortunately.

There’s constantly animal feces and urine in the hallways and the gate to the community is almost always broken. Doors to the building are broken a lot to giving anyone access to enter. There’s no surveillance other than the gym and mail room. My garage was broken into and was told there’s nothing they can do. The staff is cool though.

Hello, I found out that ur community is the best in Tempe and I was planning to move in ( cause I am admitted to ASU ) at the beginning of July 2022 but there was an issue while submitting the application which is my address history. I started my university journey in 2020 when the classes were online so I wasn’t in the U.S but I came here last year ( 2021 ) and started the lease on May 30, 2021, tell now. You are asking to provide a minimum of 24 months' address history but unfortunately, I don’t have. Can you please help me with my issue because I really love your community? Sincerely yours,

The apartment complex itself is beautiful, well kept clean, and the tenants are nice. No bugs, no mold. The reason for 4 stars is it was very difficult to get a response from the leasing team. Anytime I would email I would get a respond 20% of the time, I always had to call and they would explain they are under staffed. It was very frustrating as I was trying to get roommate added to the lease and the leasing agents lack of response and timeliness made the process 3 times longer than it needed to be.

My husband and I lived at Tempo for three years, moved out last month due to moving out of the Phoenix area. Overall, a great experience -- the complex has a lot of land (it was a big trailer park before, which is why they have so much space, unfortunately one of those force people out situations, which I learned about later) and I really like that there are two common, inner areas. Very nice pools, though not heated (one was originally supposed to be heated when complex opened, but that didn't end up happening), so mainly used in the hot months. Being right on the light rail is also a big plus and close access to the 101, 60, and 202, downtown Tempe, Tempe Marketplace. You do not hear a lot of noise from neighboring apartments, since the building is so new (2017 construction). If you face the pool areas, you will hear noise if people are there, but generally people are respectful of the pool hours (closes at 10pm, usually wrap up things by 11pm). The most noise we heard was from the hallways if people are being loud coming back late and night, etc. Being 1.5 miles from ASU, there are a lot of students that rent there, and in pre-Covid times, there were the normal amount of expected parties, people running through hallways late at night, etc. The office staff is always very helpful, but they change so often, it was always someone new so could never keep staff straight. I did work with April upon leaving, and she was great. We lived in a studio, which was does have a bedroom with a sliding door, the only thing is that the wall that adjoins to the living room has a cut out at the top, so I guess that is why it is technically not considered a 1br. All the appliances are new and having the full sized washer and dryer in unit was great. The balconies / patios are also very spacious. Community is safe and people are friendly, lot of dog owners and often would get dogs together to run around in the common areas. There is a dog run, but not used as much because I have heard it is muddy due not drying out well after sprinkler use. No pest issues and since buildings are non-smoking, the one time our neighbor was smoking in apt, staff addressed it. Technically, people are only allowed to smoke in a designated area behind building D, but you will smell pot smoke from time to time if you are out on your balcony if people are using on their balconies or by pool. I would recommend buildings C/D over buildings A/B due to the fact that it seems like more of the people smoking (cigarettes) from balconies were on the A/B side and that people were more respectful of the common pool areas (trash wise) on the C/D side. There is a freight rail track that runs behind building D. From inside building C, I could tell when a train was going by, but it was not loud, might be louder in building D, but the train does not go by too frequently, I think just once a day in the mid-morning, no train horn. I would definitely recommend living here, the only issues to be aware of are: 1) Messes / trash in hallways -- generally people just being lazy/entitled, the stairwells were generally where most stuff would be left/spilled. Since Covid, maintenance has cleaned the hallways and stairways regularly, but previously did not. 2) Parking is becoming an issue - we never paid for an assigned spot, there are a lot of first come free spots and always was able to find a spot (even coming home late), but as of Dec 2020 it is really becoming an issue. I would recommend paying for an assigned (covered) spot, which I believe is $35/month or there are also garages available for more. It seems residents are confused about whose assigned spot is whose, which I don't know why because they are numbered. 3) Hassle to pay rent. You can pay online using the resident portal, but there is a $30 convenience fee. No idea why, but obviously didn't want to pay it. Hassle to have to go in to the office every month to pay by check (easier once worked from home), but wish they would eliminate that fee as paying online would be so much easier!

Just moved in about a week ago, Lisa was amazing. She made the move in process very easy and answered all the questions I could think of. The price is as good as it gets for the location. 2 nice pools, parking is decent, and the apartments are very new. I'm not sure how many apartments have this, but ours has 2 AC units so if you have a roommate that likes it extra cold/hot that's an easy fix here. Expect to pay a couple hundred more than advertised price (this goes for most apartments) for water/utilities etc. I have had all maintenance requests handled in a very timely manner. I think most of the bad reviews are because of the previous management and from people who expect perfection for a discount. I really like it here!

My husband & I moved in just over a month ago, & things are working out pretty well so far. There have been a few issues with our apartment, such as: ants coming through our front door from the main hallways, dishwasher flooded whilst washing dishes in the sink, & the boiler had a little smell the first week we moved in. After bringing these issues to Tempo's attention, they were addressed quickly & efficiently. We are very happy with our apartment, & love the modern yet simple interior; plus the amenities are lovely as well. Some things need to be addressed, such as: the number(s) that guests are to use to come through the gates, do not work for us, trash in the hallways on the weekends are a problem as the smell can be quite horrible (however Tempo do have a policy in place for those who leave their trash in the hallways after designated hours), & the walls are a little thin. Overall, we are really enjoying living here at Tempo, & I would recommend this apartment complex to others who are looking for a new home.

My experience with Tempo Apartment Complex has been very positive overall. The apartments are not cheap, but they're worth every penny for the luxury amenities, convenient location, beautiful/spacious apartments, and friendly/professional staff. A freak monsoon/microburst hit the complex which unfortunately caused some water damage in my unit, and management went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconvenience. I was thoroughly impressed by their handling of the situation and feel confident that if something were to go wrong during my stay here, the staff would bend over backwards to make things right.

My fiancé and I just moved in at the end of June! About 3 weeks in and we are loving it so far. We stopped in to view the apartment a couple different times before we applied and each time we had a different staff member assist us, all were wonderful. During the last visit before we made things official we got to pick the exact floor layout, floor level, direction of the unit, and color scheme we wanted. AND see each individual apartment that we saw was available with what we were looking for until we found the perfect unit for us (we looked at 5-6 different units) and the leasing agent was patient and friendly the entire way. The application process was quick and simple and we were approved and had all documents in and finalized in about a week and a half. Dejia was quick to respond to any questions and emails that we had! And move in day was a breeze thanks to her! She kept us laughing and organized the entire morning. The community and apartments aren't just beautiful, but also clean, and spacious! We have been loving the pools and using all of the amenities. We have been recommending this apartment complex to all of our friends. If you haven't already please consider stopping by and taking a tour of this community!

The complex, the buildings and the amenities are to die for. The rooms, bathrooms and closets are all very spacious and everything is brand new. The pool area is a great area for relaxing & entertaining and I'm sure the fireplace will be amazing in the winter. Because it is a new building there were a couple things I had to call maintanence for but the maintance service here is outstanding! If I put in a work order, maintance will be in the next day (sometimes the day of if you put it in early enough) to solve the problem. I also love the Starbucks coffee machine but they need to get the Chai Tea back in the machine for those of us who don't acutally like coffee (I was drinking chai tea on the daily before they stopped getting it)!!

I love these apts, Its like living on a resort! I Highly recommend if you're a couple wanting to live in a luxurious and safe setting. The gym is🔥🔥🔥!! & get free Starbucks coffee from the clubhouse, a definite plus! The appliances are amazing, spacious kitchen, modern usb outlets, spacious bathroom/shower, walk-in closet, and everything from the toilet to lighting fixtures are all energy saving, 24/7 security, ... There's alot to appreciate living here! 5 stars all the way!

We had a lot of problems at the beginning. Hidden fees. Missing packages. Inability to move in. The rooms here are very nice though. The only issue that we are struggling very hard with is how thin the walls are. I can hear anything my roommate does from her bedroom when I’m in mine, as well as our neighbors and the people above us. If someone is at the pool and they’re on the phone, the walls are so thin that I can even hear the words of the person talking on the phone. They don’t reinforce the curfew so people will be keeping me awake at 2 am on a weekday. The demographic here is odd and many of the male residents here make me uncomfortable. Parking is confusing and I was towed. I’m happy with the layout of the room and the location.

Wonderful place to stay in. The apartment is not only well furnished but fully equipped with the latest appliances. The granite kitchen top and hanging lights give a top notch luxurious feel. The best part of this is the LTRL, which is right across the street and makes my ride really comfortable. Lots of grocery store nearby accompanied by lovely restaurants too. The complex is well maintained unlike the others. The management is super friendly and always eager to help. They did almost everything for me. I just walked in from the flight and the apartment was ready for me. The community manager Jennifer is super cool to work with. Definitely a place to live in for the price.
